We provide free support for web installation on your system or server. Refunds for installation services apply under the following conditions:
Eligible Refund Cases:
- Installation failed due to our fault.
- A major bug prevents the product from working and cannot be fixed.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Products installed successfully, even if issues occur later.
- Problems caused by incorrect server setup, missing technical knowledge, or third-party conflicts.
- Change of mind after installation is completed.
2. Customization Services
We provide professional customization for products, new features integration, templates, or design changes.
Eligible Refund Cases:
- Major errors in customization that prevent the product from functioning as promised.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Any customization or design change requested after work has started or completed.
- Additional paid services beyond the original purchase.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Any customization made after purchase or any changes to the original code structure.
3. Domain & Hosting Services
Domain and hosting are non-refundable after purchase. Since domain names and hosting services are automatically purchased and activated through our system immediately upon order, they cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. This policy is in place because these services are provisioned instantly and registered specifically for your use, making them non-transferable and irreversible.
Refund Process
- Submit a refund request with your order/invoice ID and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request to verify its eligibility in accordance with our refund policy.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically credited within 45 days, although the exact time may vary based on your bank and chosen payment method.
- A processing fee of 20% — comprising a 4% payment gateway fee, 9% dispute handling fee, and 7% administrative fee — will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
